1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account & Security

All deposits must be made from a bank account or card registered in your own name and CPF. 5. Withdrawals

To request a withdrawal from 55jogo, your account must be verified (KYC complete) and the withdrawal method must be the same one used for a deposit of equal or greater value, always in the account holder's name.

General withdrawal conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: R$ 20.00;
• Pix withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes for verified accounts;
• Withdrawals via credit card may take up to 5 business days depending on the provider;
• Withdrawals via boleto bancário are not available — boleto can be used for deposits only;
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only the winnings generated by completing the rollover are released for withdrawal;
• 55jogo does not charge a processing fee for withdrawals made via electronic methods;
• Unverified accounts have a withdrawal limit of R$ 500.00 per request.

Your bonus balance is kept separate from your real balance in the wallet. When placing bets, your real balance is used first. The bonus balance is only applied once your real balance reaches zero. Any winnings generated using bonus funds are held until the rollover requirement is fully met.

• For parlay (combo) bets, the total odds are calculated by multiplying all selections — if a selection is canceled, its odds are replaced by 1.00 (neutral) in the calculation;
• The minimum bet amount is R$ 1.00; the maximum varies by market and event.

55jogo reserves the right to limit or suspend betting on accounts that show suspicious patterns, including systematic arbitrage or exploitation of technical odds errors.

8. Casino & Games
